BUDAYA ORGANISASI, MOTIVASI, FASILITAS KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT HERBAL SALAM
Abstract
This study analyzes the influence of organizational culture, work motivation, and work facilities on employee performance at PT Herbal Salam, an herbal MSME applying Good Traditional Medicine Manufacturing Practice standards. The study used a quantitative survey with a census of 73 permanent staff employees. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed with multiple linear regression using SPSS version 26. Results show that organizational culture and work facilities have positive and significant effects, while work motivation has no significant partial effect. Together, the variables explain 78.3% of employee performance. The findings indicate that value-based culture and adequate facilities are key strategies for improving employee performance in regulated herbal MSMEs.
